The Shed Food Group website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Shed Food Group and its companies. Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions stated here. Read these terms carefully and keep a copy for reference.

Definitions:

“Influencer” means a registered user on the Shed Food Group website. “Brand” means an individual or business that has a product manufactured by Shed Food Group or its companies.

Influencer Profiles: Shed Food Group uses OAuth to validate certain social media accounts during sign-up and profile updates. This allows us to verify your identity and display your public social media profile and audience reach to brands. We will never post on your behalf or use your password. Misrepresenting yourself may result in removal from the platform.

The Shed Food Group network is for Influencers who have grown their audience organically. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misrepresent their audience or engage in inappropriate conduct. Shed Food Group and its companies are not responsible for any claims, injuries or damages arising from the use of the platform. All work completed by Influencers must remain on the respective platform for a reasonable time period. By joining as an Influencer, you consent to having your likeness and content used for promotional purposes. Only one account is allowed per Influencer, and duplicate accounts may be deleted.

Community Standards: Shed Food Group restricts the display of nudity, graphic sexual activity, hate speech and threats of violence. All users must act in a civil manner and refrain from abusive behavior. Content violating these standards may be removed. Influencers must adhere to trademark and copyright laws and not re-purpose products provided by brands. All work must be original and plagiarism will not be tolerated.

International Users: The Service is controlled and operated from the UK. If accessing the Site from outside the UK, the user is responsible for compliance with local laws.

Disclaimer: The materials on the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties. Shed Food Group and its companies are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the materials on the Site or linked sites.

Limitations: Shed Food Group and its companies and their suppliers will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site.

Links: Shed Food Group has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for their content. Use of linked sites is at the user’s own risk.

Site Terms of Use Modifications: Shed Food Group and its companies may revise these terms of use at any time without notice.

Governing Law: Claims relating to the Site will be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Billing: Shed Food Group for Influencers is a free service.

Privacy Policy: Shed Food Group and its companies process Personal Data both as a Processor and a Controller as defined in the Directive and GDPR. Personal information may be collected, such as name, email, mailing address, telephone number and demographic information. The information is used for the operation of the service, to improve customer service, personalize user experience, improve the Site, run promotions, and send periodic emails. Shed Food Group and its companies may share personal information with partners and third parties who advertise their products and services on the Site. Personal information may be disclosed without user choice to protect legal rights, prevent fraud or comply with the law. Users have the right to request the information we have about them and to have inaccurate information corrected.
